Tess Hermann  

I was born in Vienna in 1996. My love for art grew throughout my childhood and youth. In addition to the flute, piano, guitar and classical singing, I discovered acting at the age of 13. Scenes were secretly practiced in the mirror, monologues were memorized and imaginary play partners were created.

In 2018 I completed my training at the Filmacademy - acting school for theater and film in Vienna with the parity stage maturity examination at the Vienna Theater in der Josefstadt.

I began my international career with the Master's degree in International Theater Practice and Performance at Rose Bruford College in London. It took me from the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Connecticut to the Arthaus Berlin and to the London theater and film scene.

I recently attended a screen acting masterclass at the Actors Studio in Pinewood Studios, England.

In addition to my job as an actress, I love sports more than anything. Especially because it allows me to push myself to my limits. Be it a marathon or a new sport like boxing - I always enjoy learning new things and fully committing to a challenge.

When I'm not doing art or exercising, you can find me at festivals (brightly dressed with lots of glitter), in the London clubs with good DJs, producing music in front of my laptop or in bed with an interesting book and a scented candle. 

Myriam Angela  

"I love to move. Be it moving myself, something in one person or many - maybe even a little bit of the world..."

I was born in Vorarlberg (AUT). After training as a painter at the HTL Bau und Design in Innsbruck, I - half-French - moved to Vienna to learn the craft of acting. Why acting became my greatest passion is because I found a world in which I can combine my interests and all art forms at the same time and continuously exchange ideas with artists.

In 2023 I successfully completed the master's degree in Collaborative Theater Making at Rose Bruford College in London and am working on several international productions and projects.

Why acting became my greatest passion is because I found a world in which I can combine my interests and all art forms and at the same time continuously exchange ideas with artists. What sets me apart as an artist is my multidisciplinary way of working and my curiosity, both of which encourage me to go beyond boundaries. I am currently in the middle of developing my first solo production, four touch, three touch, with which I have already celebrated initial successes at the Voila Europe Festival in London and at the LocoKlub Bristol. The piece offers honest and diverse insights into living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). By merging physical theatre, improvisation and clowning, the project offers the audience a thought-provoking, sometimes exhilarating journey in which they are confronted with various challenges and ultimately find acceptance of their own self.

 Valentina Himmelbauer 

Born on June 19, 1996 in Vienna, I grew up as a Burgenland-Croatian in a small town in the southeast of Austria. Fascinated by the film and theater world from an early age, after graduating from the Bilingual Federal High School in Oberwart, I began my actor training at the Vienna Film Academy - Drama School for Theater and Film, which I successfully completed in 2018. This was followed by the Paritätische Stage Matriculation Examination, which I took at the Vienna Kammerspiele.

Previous productions have taken me to, among others, the inclusive Theater Delphin, the Mödlinger Theater im Bunker and the Theater Spielraum in Vienna. I have also appeared in front of the camera in a number of productions, such as the film When the Woodlark Sings by the Austrian director Ana Bilić, in which I played the female lead.
As part of the experimental short film project The Question of the Window, on which I worked together with Myriam Angela and Tess Hermann, I also appeared as a screenwriter and director for the first time.

In addition to my passion for the world of acting, my interest in history also led me to take up a bachelor's degree in history at the University of Vienna, which I was able to complete in 2021.

What do a woman from Burgenland, a woman from Vienna and a woman from Vorarlberg do when they meet each other? Art. What initially sounded like a tasteless Burgenland joke became a bitter reality for us. Bitter because we often lose track of time when creating art and then we don't have enough sugar.Reality because art is our life.What we are suffering from is sugarless art - others would probably describe it as breadless. Also good. If we don't have bread, we can eat cake. In any case, that would solve the problem with the sugar. Not a chance! We continue to make art and accept it without. sugar. Pardon! Without sugarless.

Everything is already completely sugary in our brains anyway. All because of this sugar lobby. But honestly: who needs sugar when you can bake art?

Can make art. We wanted to write.Do you know that?

Sorry, but due to a recent sugar high, our temporal lobes are only able to function irregularly. We take care of the rapid restoration of regular thinking skills.

And before the sugar lobby starts protesting, just mention the following: To avoid a sugar hole, you can also eat before and after creating art! Bread or cake. Or both. We do not care.

The main thing is vegan ;)
